The New Orleans Voodoo topped the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC, 4-0, in United States Silver League action at Great Northern Field. The player of the game was New Orleans pitcher and Wade Hampton, South Carolina native Matt Martin. Martin picked up the win for New Orleans, going 5.2 innings. He gave up no runs on 3 hits. He now sports a record of 2-1. Grover Lowdermilk closed the game out for New Orleans, earning his 5th save.
