Morales Rips New Orleans for 5 Hits Friday, October 14th, 2033 Cattlemen left fielder Jesús Morales had his way with New Orleans pitching today at The Voodoo Lounge and mauled them for 5 hits in 5 at-bats. His efforts were all in vain, though, as the Voodoo ruined his great day by toppling the Cattlemen, 11-8. "I had a great day, but you've got to give New Orleans credit, they did what they had to do to win," he told reporters after the game. "They weren't very impressed with my 5 hits." "Oh, we noticed what Morales did today," Voodoo skipper Chase Sims said. "He had quite a game. I can tell you this, we will pitch him a little differently the next time we face him." Jesús Morales singled in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit a solo-shot off Jon Dunn in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
