Padilla's Season Could be Over Wednesday, September 14th, 2033 Fernando Padilla has to call it a season. The New Orleans Voodoo starting pitcher sustained a season-ending injury against the Houston 1837 BBC and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Padilla was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn rotator cuff and stated that he would not be able to play for 12 months. This year Padilla has fanned 103 in 137.1 innings and collected a 11-4 record with a 3.21 ERA. |
