Davis Smashes 3 Homers for D.C. Thursday, October 6th, 2033 Anyone wearing a glove and sitting in the bleachers for today's Divided-Fenix game had a good chance at snagging a home run ball. D.C. right fielder Wilbur Davis thrice sent eager fans scurrying to catch a souvenir, helping lead the D.C. to a 6-4 win over New Jersey. "Hey, the three homers were great, but I'm just trying to help my ballclub," Davis said later. "I'm not going out there thinking I need another home run." Davis was 3-for-5 on the day with 4 RBI.
