Chiang Claims SL Batter of the Month Award Saturday, October 1st, 2033 It's perhaps an award he'll win many more times through his career, as at age 24 Yao-pang Chiang has a lot of baseball ahead of him. But for now the young D.C. Divided star can enjoy the numbers he put up in September, which have garnered him the nod as the United States Silver League Batter of the Month. His breakout month featured a .403 average with 6 home runs, 15 RBIs and 13 runs scored. For the season Chiang is batting .315 with 106 hits and 26 home runs. He has scored 64 times and batted in 63. |
