SL Honors Athletic Club KC Center Fielder Monday, July 11th, 2033 At the age of 27, Jesús Vargas might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Athletic Club KC center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .389 batting average. For his efforts Vargas collected the United States Silver League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 7 hits in 18 at-bats, 3 home runs and 8 RBIs last week in 4 games. Vargas is hitting .301 in 2033 with 44 RBIs and 19 home runs. |
