Bowties Stumble, Lose to Dutchmen
Behind a solid performance from designated hitter Bart Lewis, the New Amsterdam Dutchmen defeated the Buckhead Bowties, 9-2. Lewis went 2 for 4 with a home run, while scoring 2 times and driving in 4 for the Dutchmen. Losses have been few and far between for the Bowties so far this season. Their record drops to 12-6.

Lewis had a big at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the bottom of the fourth inning, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Dutchmen went on to win.

"You can't get too high when things go well, or too low when things go bad. Right now, I'm just happy we got the win," Lewis told the New Amsterdam Citizen.
