Outlaws Nip Voodoo, 6-5
The Nashville Outlaws topped the New Orleans Voodoo by the score of 6-5, with the biggest share of the credit going to second baseman Arnold Giroux. Giroux was 3-4 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. He drove in 2 runs for the Outlaws on the day. The Outlaws, now 12-6, have been playing some good baseball.

Rancagua, Chile-born Juan Caro came through in the clutch. In the top of the fifth, with a runner on 1st and the Outlaws trailing 2-1, he hit a 2-run home run to right-center to put Nashville on top.

"Honestly, I'm not frustrated," said New Orleans manager Chase Sims. "The effort was great."
