A nice crowd turned out to see the New Amsterdam Dutchmen and Athletic Club KC clash at Athletics Park.

The New Amsterdam Dutchmen thumped the Athletic Club KC, 9-2, at Athletics Park. Heherson Inaris was a big reason his team got the win. Inaris went 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He scored 3 times and drove in 3. The 6th-place Athletic Club KC have lost 5 consecutive games.

Inaris had an important at-bat with runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the sixth, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Dutchmen went on to win.

Inaris told a New Amsterdam Citizen reporter that he was "satisfied" with the win.
