Red-Hot Díaz Scorches Dodos Friday, September 21st, 2029 Gabriel Díaz really sizzled at the plate in today's 9-8 win over Dodos. The Bloomington shortstop blistered Hialeah for 5 hits in 6 at-bats. "Díaz was too tough to get out today," the Dodos skipper said in the postgame interview. "No matter what we threw him, he hit it. And he hit some good pitches, too." Gabriel Díaz singled in the 1st, struck out in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, doubled in the 7th, hit a two-run double in the 8th and hit an RBI single in the 9th.
