Rocky Mountain Ace Wins SL Outstanding Pitcher Award Tuesday, October 30th, 2029 The Outstanding Pitcher Award for 2029 has been presented and the United States Silver League winner is Juan Guillén of Rocky Mountain. "It's always nice to receive an award like this," said Guillén. "I just hope I can improve on my performance next year and be in the running again," the Nuggets star told reporters. Guillén excelled with an impressive 11-4 record in 23 starts. In 156.2 innings he yielded 109 hits and 53 walks, while striking out 169 and compiling a fine 2.36 ERA. Hermenegildo Beliago of the Greenville 84s finished second in voting, while Pedro Ramírez of the Athletic Club KC finished third. |
