Gold Ball Winner Announced Tuesday, October 30th, 2029 The Phoenix Hotspur have a rising superstar or maybe even a budding Hall-of-Famer in the making. It's Miguel Rubia, this year's United States Premier League Gold Ball selection. This blossoming hurler wowed fans, peers and sportswriters with a fabulous performance. Rubia compiled a 13-5 record in 23 starts, tallied 169 strikeouts in 161 innings and recorded a 3.07 ERA. Other clubs managed only a .220 batting average against him. Wes Hamm of the Phoenix Hotspur finished second in voting, while Pedro Alejándrez of the Panama City Piranhas finished third. |
