Eduardo Álvarez left his imprint on the 10-2 Richardson City win against the Panama City Piranhas. Álvarez, who is rated as the 49th best prospect by BNN, was 2-3 with a double and a walk, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. The Thundercats keep rolling, raising their record to 12-6.
The fans who came in support of the Thundercats were pleased with the outcome. It was what they had hoped for when they passed through the turnstiles at The Thunder Dome.
"I'm just looking for a good pitch that I can hit well," said Álvarez. "And not try to do too much."
