Renaissance Hammered by Tanner, Fall Further Behind in R1
Wizarding Express left fielder Nathan Tanner was the difference-maker at Detroit Field today, winning player of the game honors as he led his club to victory in a pivotal Game of the Play-In. The Express took the 4-2 win over the Detroit Renaissance to seize a - lead in the best-of- series.

A crucial at-bat came with runners on 2nd and 3rd and two out in the top of the seventh inning. That's when designated hitter Salvador Trevino, who is rated as the 24th best prospect by BNN, drew a walk. The Express went on to win.

"I'm just happy to help the team win," Trevino told the Wizarding Chronicle.
