Chicago rode a fine outing from starter Gordon Neugebauer to victory over the Boston Patriots at Dunkin Donuts Park. The final score was 2-1. Shuntavyious Primes-Willes picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 6-9. José García was tagged with the loss. Dan Crowder notched his 3rd save in 3 chances.
Zeus Preckwinkle, who is rated as the 39th best prospect by BNN, aided the Chicago cause with a run-scoring single in the top of the sixth. For the game, the center fielder went 1-4.
