Hotspur Beat Express in 11
|
Phoenix Hotspur starter Wes Hamm was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Wizarding Express, 3-2. Phoenix reliever Alexander Weareorwear picked up the win, bumping his record to 4-1. Biff Tannen was collared with the loss. Phoenix has now won 10 games in a row.
Wagaw Lukongolo made it 3-2 in favor of Phoenix when he delivered a run-scoring triple. It came with two out in the top of the 11th. The red-hot Hotspur went on to win.
"One win at a time, one game at a time. We try not to get too far ahead of ourselves," Lukongolo told the Phoenix Daily.
