M3L Double A Selects July's Best Batter Sunday, August 1st, 2027 When Carlos Pérez stepped up to the plate in July, he did it with confidence and today he was honored with the M3L Double A Batter of the Month award. The young Virginia Beach catcher posted a .315 batting average with 4 home runs, 12 RBIs and scored 14 runs. Pérez also worked pitchers for 21 walks to post a .469 on-base percentage. This year Pérez is batting .269 with 60 hits and 7 home runs. He has scored 29 times and has batted in 23 runs. |
