Markoff Chooses Golf Over Baseball

Belvedere Park multi-sport star Holden Markoff has decided to discontinue his baseball career and focus full-time on a career as a professional golfer. Despite his love of baseball, Markoff says he likes his prospects on the links better than the diamond. "It was a tough decision, but I think this is the right one for me," said the Rawhides catcher. Markoff will join the National Tour next season in the hopes of obtaining a Pro Golf tour card.
