Virginia Beach Bids Farewell to Manager Rea Thursday, October 28th, 2027 Luis Rea has been released as the Virginia Beach Deuces manager. The Deuces say it is time to make a change and get the club headed in a different direction. The dismissed skipper was philosophical about his fate. "When things don't go right, the first thing management does is get a new manager," he said. "That seems to be the quickest solution to making things better -- or at least, making them seem better. That's just the way baseball is." |
