Loss to Ghosts Extends Richland Losing Streak

Casper Ghosts starter Earl Simmons was definitely locked-in. He led his team to a win over the Richland Rails, 6-3. In 7 innings, Simmons surrendered 8 hits, while striking out 1 and walking 3. He allowed 3 runs. Richland is trying to get off the schneid, having lost 7 in a row.
