Ghosts Come Up Short at Chesapeake
Chesapeake starter Carlos Medina had a strong outing against the Casper Ghosts at Chesapeake Grounds. The left-hander was a big part of his team's 6-3 win. Fabian Thul closed the door for Chesapeake, picking up his 14th save of the year. The Continentals sit in 7th place in the Silver AA with a record of 45-56.

Casper had runners on 1st and 2nd in the top of the ninth. With one out, Iemitsu Hatsutori came to bat, hoping to do some damage. Instead, he grounded out. The score remained 6-3, Chesapeake. The Ghosts saw their comeback bid fail.
