The Casper Ghosts got a strong performance from pitcher Earl Simmons, who stymied the Bethesda offense en route to a 3-2 win at The Graveyard. Casper reliever Jim Unknown picked up the win, upping his record to 1-0. Yajirobei Otomo took the loss. The 9th-place Atoms have lost 6 consecutive games.

When he came to bat in the bottom of the tenth, Henry Appleby had a chance to end it. Bethesda pitcher Yajirobei Otomo had other ideas. But with two outs, Appleby hit a walk-off run-scoring double. The Ghosts had the walk-off win.

"Good win for us, tough loss for them," said Appleby.
