In a tight contest at Field of the Middies, the Phoenix Hotspur edged the Grafton Middies by the score of 8-4. The Phoenix Hotspur's catcher Randy Rehling, who blasted 1 home run, was named the player of the game. Pablo De La Torre was the winning pitcher.
