Losing Streak Continues for Titans with 9-4 Loss
Despite a fine performance by third baseman Kade Knowles, the Toledo Titans suffered a 9-4 loss to the Grafton Middies. Knowles was 3 for 5 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 3 runs and scored once. The loss drops Toledo to 4-14.

Pedro Santos dealt the Titans a blow in the top of the sixth. Batting with runners on 1st and 2nd and Grafton leading 4-3, Santos, who is tied for 7th in the SL in runs scored with 12, hit a 2-1 fastball for a run-scoring single.

"Everyone's trying too hard," said losing manager Don Lookingbill. "If we learn to relax, we'll be fine."
