Express Star Wins 2023 Outstanding Pitcher Award Tuesday, October 31st, 2023 25-year-old Todd Hines of the Wizarding Express put together a good year in 2023 for such a young player. Hines was named today as the winner of the Third League Outstanding Pitcher Award. Hines crafted an impressive 7-2 record and a 1.39 ERA. In 116.2 innings he allowed 71 hits, struck out 157, and walked 35. Carlos Sánchez of the Philadelphia 1776 BC finished second in voting, while Alfonso Zapata of the Rocky Mountain Nuggets finished third. |
