3L Rookie Trophy to Austin's First Baseman Sunday, October 29th, 2023 Jesús Reyes made quite a name for himself in his rookie year. The Austin first baseman brought home the 2023 Newcomer of the Year Award today in recognition of his performance. Reyes played in 108 games, batted .287, collected 115 hits in 401 at-bats, 29 home runs, 91 RBIs, 74 runs scored, 59 walks and compiled a .386 OBP. Nathan Tanner of the Wizarding Express finished second in voting, while Júlio Rodríguez of the Austin Rangers finished third. |
