The 2023 Newcomer of the Year Award has been handed out to Richardson City's first baseman Seishiro Nishimura, who outshined all his first-year peers in the balloting and on the diamond. He hit .359 for the Richardson City Thundercats, racking up 156 hits, 29 home runs, 89 RBIs, and 83 runs scored to capture the trophy. David Hudson of the Vancouver Grey Wolves finished second in voting, while José Alonso of the Vancouver Grey Wolves finished third. |
