Medical Diagnosis Updated on Henry
Sunday, September 3rd, 2023
Chester Henry will have to wait a while longer. The Buckhead starting pitcher was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 4 months with a ruptured finger tendon. The injury has kept him off the field since 09/02/2023. Though Henry had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive."
This season Henry has a 3-7 mark in 23 starts with a 3.46 ERA. He has given up 127 hits in 132.2 innings, struck out 120 and issued 40 walks. Opposing clubs have compiled a .250 batting average against him.
