Yen Selected Player of the Week Monday, July 11th, 2022 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the M3L Triple A, but last week Yun Yen of the Houston BC reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. Yen rocked opposing pitching for a .643 average (9-for-14), 2 home runs and 4 RBIs to come away with the award. In his stats this season, Yen has posted a batting average of .328 with 65 hits in 198 at-bats, 5 home runs and 31 RBIs. He has also scored 31 runs, walked 9 times and compiled a .355 OBP. |
