Riley Hurls New Amsterdam to Shutout Win Saturday, September 11th, 2021 The New Amsterdam Republics got a great effort from Nathaniel Riley as the 27-year-old hurler tossed a complete-game 26-0 shutout over the Las Vegas Flamingos. He struck out 13 while allowing 3 hits and walking 2. To date this season Riley sports a 12-4 mark with a 1.99 ERA in 21 starting assignments. He has held the opposition to a .179 batting average and has 195 strikeouts in 171.2 innings. |
