Martínez Ready to Get Back on the Field Wednesday, December 2nd, 2020 Ricardo Martínez made the hard decision just weeks ago to have elective eye surgery. For years, he had struggled with his vision along with his batting average. Now the 29 year old has gone though successful surgery and hopes to have a new beginning at the plate. Said Martínez, "It was definitely a scary thing but I feel like I am already seeing the ball a ton better in rehab. I can't wait to get 100% and see what I can do." |
