Sunter Sticks it to 3L Pitchers
Monday, October 8th, 2018
At the age of 29, Bertrand Sunter might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Jacksonville first baseman put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .500 batting average. For his efforts Sunter collected the Third League Player of the Week Award.
He racked up 6 hits in 12 at-bats, 1 home run and 7 RBIs last week in 3 games.
For the season Sunter is batting .303 with 126 hits and 17 home runs. He has scored 62 times and batted in 80.
