García Wins 3L Player of the Week Trophy Monday, September 17th, 2018 It can be difficult for a young player to step out of the shadows and assert himself in the Third League, but last week Randy García of the Richardson City Thundercats reminded everyone just why he's here as he threw up numbers that made him an easy selection for Player of the Week. García rocked opposing pitching for a .800 average (4-5), 1 home run and 5 RBIs to come away with the award. Looking at his present stats, García has compiled a .250 batting average in 32 games with a .314 on-base percentage, while hitting 3 home runs and driving in 17 runs. |
