3L Names Northern Lions BC Griffith Winner Monday, September 10th, 2018 One of the league's most exciting young players, Arnold Griffith of the Thunder Bay Northern Lions BC earned himself Third League Player of the Week honors with a standout performance in last week's games. For the week the 20-year-old shortstop had a lofty .500 average (13-26), collecting 3 home runs, 11 RBIs and 10 runs scored. In 85 games this year Griffith has posted a .349 average and put up these numbers: 12 home runs, 47 RBIs and 60 runs scored. |
