SL's Top Player, Smith of Atlanta Monday, September 24th, 2018 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Chris Smith was rewarded with the Silver League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Atlanta Smoke first baseman hit .423 while collecting 11 hits in 26 at-bats, 4 home runs and 11 RBIs. For the season Smith is currently batting .304 with 38 home runs and 114 RBIs.
