SL's Star Player Named Monday, August 13th, 2018 His hard work and hustle paid off this week. The hard-working and hard-playing Donald Stanley was rewarded with the Silver League Player of the Week honors. The scrappy Northern Virginia Retrievers second baseman hit .375 while collecting 6 hits in 16 at-bats, 3 home runs and 10 RBIs. Thus far in 2018 Stanley is hitting .242 with 7 home runs, 44 RBIs, 36 runs scored and has compiled a .316 OBP. |
