Scott Selected SL Player of the Week Monday, June 4th, 2018 So far in his young career, Tyrone Scott has kept a low profile, but after his performance at the plate last week, he attracted the notice of the rest of the Silver League in a big way as he was named the Player of the Week today for his efforts. The 24-year-old Hartford Whalers shortstop hit at a torrid .542 clip as he collected 13 hits in 24 at-bats, 1 home run, 6 RBIs and 8 runs scored. Presently Scott is batting .422 with 5 home runs and 18 RBIs. He has played in 25 games and scored 24 times. |
