Yuri Volkers Gets Diagnosis, Out 3-4 Months Friday, September 28th, 2018 Yuri Volkers will have to wait a while longer. The Grafton starting pitcher was informed this afternoon that he will miss another 3-4 months with shoulder inflammation. The injury has kept him off the field since 09/27/2018. Though Volkers had hoped to return soon, he has no choice but to be patient. "Gotta stay focused," he said. "Gotta stay positive." His record this season is 5-6 in 23 starts and Volkers has a 2.85 ERA. |
