Outstanding Pitcher Award Goes to Correa Wednesday, September 27th, 2017 The League 2 AAA announced today that its 2017 Outstanding Pitcher Award has been given to Bay City Bombers relief specialist Juan Correa. He had a superlative season, making 15 relief appearances and getting 1 save. Correa ran up a 9-2 record and a 4.78 ERA. He totaled 133.2 innings with 102 strikeouts and 165 hits allowed.Javier Ramírez of the Saint-Jérôme Amish finished second in voting, while Pedro Castro of the Tremont Doubledays finished third. |
