Daniel Ruíz should get a big payoff next year on the heels of his performance in 2017 -- a season that earned him the League 3 AAA Outstanding Hitter Award.
In what could be his last season in Sylvania, the center fielder smacked 136 hits, 22 doubles, 1 triple, 37 home runs and 105 RBIs while hitting .393 with 90 runs scored.Denny Young of the Wichita Outriders finished second in voting, while Joe Guy of the Hialeah Dodos finished third.
