Rocks Chill Hairston's Hot Streak Monday, July 3rd, 2017 Johnny Hairston of the Milton Bills came up empty at the plate today and went hitless in 4 at-bats. That put a quick end to his 20-game hitting streak. To make matters even worse, Milton dropped the game to the Lévis Rocks 9-2. In a postgame comment Hairston told the press, "It was not a good day today. We lost the game and the streak is over." For the season Hairston has hit .390 with 3 home runs and 21 RBIs. He has played in 21 games and scored 16 times. |
