Ouch! Dong-joon Ch'oe Shelved by Injury Monday, September 18th, 2017 The Montreal Rivermen were dealt a severe blow when Dong-joon Ch'oe was hurt making a defensive play recently in a game against the Philadephia 1776 BC. After the game, the team trainer reported Ch'oe might have to spend a lengthy time on the disabled list. Today doctors confirmed it, ruling the 32-year-old right fielder out for the rest of the season with a sprained ankle. They indicated it would take Ch'oe at least 4 weeks to heal. This season Ch'oe is batting .303 with 10 home runs. His totals include 30 RBIs and 30 runs scored. |
