Henry Pitches Shutout
Wednesday, September 6th, 2017
"My pitching coach told me before the game just to bear down and focus. He said no one was going to hit me if I'm throwing a good breaking ball with good location."
And that's what Chester Henry did as he led the Bowties to a 7-0 shutout victory over the City.
"I thought he put the ball where he wanted to," the Orlando manager said. "And that's just about the whole secret to pitching."
Henry yielded 3 hits and had 9 strikeouts and 4 walks in a standout performance.
Up to now Henry has recorded a record of 16-2. In 22 starts he has fanned 164 batters in 132.2 innings with a 2.58 ERA.
