Tuzzi Week's Top Player Monday, August 14th, 2017 At the age of 29, Leandro Tuzzi might have some potential he hasn't realized yet -- if his success at the plate last week is any indication. The Chicago center fielder put up some exceptional numbers the past seven days with a .444 batting average. For his efforts Tuzzi collected the Silver League Player of the Week Award. He racked up 8 hits in 18 at-bats, 4 home runs and 7 RBIs last week in 5 games. This year Tuzzi is batting .293 with 16 home runs and 42 RBIs. |
