Rocks Cruise to League Championship with Sweep Sunday, October 15th, 2028 It's a sweet sweep for the Plymouth Rocks and they have won the Divisional Round. The Nassau Rockets were not able to keep pace with the Rocks and dropped the series in short order, losing 8-4 in the deciding game. "This wasn't really the effort we hoped for," said Nassau manager Ji-an Shaw. It's now on to the League Championship for Plymouth after their 4-0 series win. Leading the way for the winners was center fielder Barrett Waters, who was named MVP. For the series, Waters hit .500 with a .556 on-base percentage. He had 2 home runs, drove in 5 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Plymouth Rocks don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the So Cal Bruins - Irvine Gang Green series.
