Big Day with Bat: Padilla 5-for-5 Wednesday, August 30th, 2028 Some moments become linked with a particular player's career forever. Héctor Padilla of the Niagara Falls Frenzy had one of those moments when he went 5-for-5 at the plate today in the 13-5 win over the New Orleans Looters at The Bayou at Heineken Field. "I won't forget this anytime soon, and I don't expect it to happen too often," the 22-year-old shortstop told reporters in the postgame interview. "I'll be happy to just get a hit or two every day. Enough to hang around the league a while longer. Like 10, maybe 15 more years." Héctor Padilla singled in the 1st, singled in the 2nd, tripled in the 4th, hit an RBI single in the 5th, singled in the 8th and walked in the 9th.
