The Houston Marshals beat the San Francisco Bandits, 6-4, in 11 innings. Houston left fielder John Peterson merited player of the game honors with his performance. He was 3-6 with a triple and 2 singles, while scoring 2 runs. Houston reliever Pablo Cabral picked up the win to move to 1-2. Felipe Reyes suffered the loss. At 17-21, Houston is in 4th place in the Continental League Central Division.
Chris Parker made it 6-4 in favor of Houston when he delivered a 2-run home run. It came with two out in the top of the 11th. The Marshals went on to win.
