Niagara Falls and Baffin Island met at Beaver Dam in front of a lively crowd.

The Niagara Falls Frenzy got a stellar performance from pitcher Otis Sykes, who handcuffed the Baffin Island offense en route to a 8-1 win at Beaver Dam. The Frenzy, with just their 10th win so far in 2028, have yet to catch fire.

With runners on 1st and 3rd and two out in the top of the fourth inning, shortstop Santiago Zambrano delivered big for the Frenzy. Niagara Falls was leading 3-0 when he belted a 3-run home run.

"We came out aggressive," said Frenzy manager Derek Booker. "We came out swinging the bats."
