Loss Extends Niagara Falls Losing Streak
The Kalamazoo Royale with Cheese dealt the Niagara Falls Frenzy a 7-3 loss at Edmund Fitzgerald Field. Andy Aiton was the star on offense. He was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk, while scoring 2 runs and driving in 3. Jason Taylor got the win, improving to 2-2. He pitched 7 innings, giving up 7 hits and 3 runs, while striking out 5 and walking 3. The Frenzy, at 7-16, have stumbled out of the gate.

Aiton had an important at-bat with runners on 2nd and 3rd in the top of the sixth, when he hit a 3-run home run. The Royale with Cheese went on to win.

"It feels good to get this one," Aiton told the Kalamazoo Herald.
