González Excels in Kansas City Win

With shortstop Luis González leading the charge, the Kansas City Kings defeated the Austin River Sharks, 16-6, at Greendale Community Field. González, who is a four-time All-Star, was 3-4 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2. Marty Bradford picked up the win with 5 innings of work.
